Kyle P. Stepler, LMHC

I am a licensed mental health therapist with nearly ten years of practice. I graduated from Ball State University (chirp chirp) and began working for Cancer Support Community, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free services to those impacted by a cancer diagnosis. I then transitioned to Community Health Network where I continue to work part-time alongside my practice. In my practice, I focus on the connection between client and therapist in order to facilitate healing and growth. My goal is to help people strengthen their intuition in how they can care for themselves as a human. I specialize in mindfulness, LGBTQ+-affirming services, grief, depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-worth, and trauma.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a type of intervention that allows for processing uncomfortable/negative sensations for various presenting issues. It is about as close as you can get to a magic wand! If you are interested, please send me a message for more information.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me reading and/or watching something related to Star Wars or Harry Potter (Slytherin, duh). I also love video games, Legos, and learning new languages (currently learning French). I enjoy traveling and was able to nab a parter who is a flight attendant. I like to think I have found a nice balance between being adventurous and laidback, though may lean toward the second one. I have a Podcast with a former colleague called Two Tired Therapists that provides a more light-hearted, comedic take on mental health and pop-culture.
